FR33DBACK (TPA)
Matthew Reisinger, known by his stage name FR33DBACK, is an electronicmusician, sound designer, and composer from Tampa, Florida. He began his music career with the synth rock band Select Start in October of 2004, with whom he co-produced and co-wrote multiple albums and toured the country for over six years, all the while continuing to develop his skills as a talentedmusic producer and engineer. In 2011, Matthew decided to leave the touring lifestyle and joined a video production company in Tampa called Spark, as the head of the sound department. He has since written custom music for massive brands such as Bentley Motors, Visit Florida, and Bright House Networks. On September 22nd, 2015, the first FR33DBACK album, “Loop,” was released on Bandcamp, Spotify, and Apple Music. This collection of recordings started as an experiment in vocal manipulation techniques, but soon became the foundation on which his unique new sound was developing, which incorporated a host of analog synthesizers, drum machines and samplers. The second FR33DBACK album, “MathMath,” is slated for release on November 4th, and encompasses a much more complex and detailed electronic orchestration compared to the stripped down arrangements found on his first album. FR33DBACK can be found performing these intensely layered downtempo synthwave tunes amidst a myriad of knobs, switches, and buttons, resembling Dr. Frankenstein as he creates life by harnessingthe power of electricity.
