Once a month we host a Creative Salon with the focus of showing off creative talent and connecting our local community.

What you get as a presenter:
- 10 minutes in front of 80-100 local creatives and leaders in the community.
- Promotion on SU website, social media and email distribution to our members.
- Feedback and critiques (If you want them) on whatever you are presenting.
- A dedicated 5 minute Q&A session after your presentation.
- Join a community of local creatives who are helping us shape the future of Sarasota.
In order to present at one of our events you must:
- Be comfortable presenting to a large audience. Previous experience is a plus.
- Have a compelling story or concept which can be presented in 10 minutes or less.
- Be the owner of the content you are presenting. No cover bands, no prints from other artists, and no videos that you did not have a hand in producing yourself. Basically, you must own your art.
If you are applying as a musician:
- Our events are geared towards a lounge type environment. This means that we will be showcasing individuals and acoustic acts more often than large bands.
- Your set will last anywhere from 1-1.5 hours.
- We do pay musicians. Options will be discussed after your application has been submitted and reviewed.
