Renitia Bertoluzzi, MSEE has led a career that’s ranged from overseeing worldwide manufacturing operations for Intel to mentoring startups through a variety of design and technology challenges. She has experience growing and leading high performance teams in a multitude of countries – Malaysia, Costa Rica, Philippines, China, Vietnam, and the US – and uses a combination of hands-on problem-solving and the big-picture vision to inspire organizations to reach their full potential.

Reni now consults with companies around the world to address their manufacturing and organizational growing pains, as well as rescue at-risk projects. When she’s not tackling complex business problems, Reni travels, collects indigenous art, and finds awesome new places to sail.
