YPG volunteers have an opportunity to give back at the Eco Friendly Florida Fest through this week during multiple times and days!

Thursday: 1pm-7pm,
Friday: 11am-7pm,
Saturday: 11am-7pm
Sunday: 11am-3pm.

After Party Hours: Free to attend for Volunteers !

Due to the large amounts of opportunities to volunteer with this event we are going to participate in a non-traditional way. If you would like to volunteer over the next few days at the Eco Friendly Festival please send Amber Thornhill the date and time that you would like to volunteer so we can keep track of the amount of participation that YPG volunteers have contributed as a group. After you volunteer please also send YPG Volunteer Chair, Amber Thornhill, the amount of hours that you have volunteered for the day: samberthornhill.gmail.com

*** What volunteers will be doing :
Generally – Directing Traffic for parking purposes. Assisting with booths. Handing out information. Answering questions. etc. Tasks will be assigned upon arrival.

***How to sign up:
Email Amber Thornhill directly to sign up: samberthornhill@gmail.com. Send the date and time you are planning on volunteering. After you volunteer please send Amber the amount of hours you contribute. She will send it in to the coordinator Michael Crea . He will be expecting you !

***Where to go when you arrive to the event:
Go to the registration table. Identify yourself as a Sarasota Young Professional member arriving to volunteer. There will be staff workers identifiable by T-Shirts. They will assign a volunteer task to each individual based on needs at the time of arrival.

You will have free VIP access to the after party taking place the day you volunteer!!!
