Take a spirited spin through downtown Sarasota with our bewitching ghost guide. Delight as we share stories of the supernatural and the shenanigans of our beloved city, from Sarasota’s bootlegging and circus days to modern times.

Gather at 7:45 pm at Lemon Avenue entrance of The Gator Club, 1490 Main Street to check in. Tour begins at 8 pm. Walking tour is about one mile with stops and starts, accessible to all, with a PG13 rating.

$25 per person. Reservations required through TalentPoolSRQ.com

All aspects of the walking tour are ADA accessible except for the second floor of The Gator Club, where Talent Pool invites you to imbibe afterwards with a drink special. Content of the tour is PG13 or spicier depending on the crowd!

Parking available one block south at State Street parking garage.

First Friday Artwalk Weekend

Visit the Village of the Arts for our vibrant monthly artwalk the first Friday and Saturday of every month. Discover unique galleries, studios, specialty shops, healing arts, food and music during this popular monthly event. Artwalk begins with extended hours Friday night from 6-9:30 and showcases live music, artist receptions and other special activities throughout the evening. Artwalk weekend continues on Saturday 11am-4pm. Street parking is available throughout the Village. Beer School – Germans

The prevalence of craft beer today has many people demanding beer with more flavor and complexity, so it’s time for “Beer School” to go back in session! This expanded world of good beer can be overwhelming for people new to it, but also helps expand the knowledge of those more seasoned beer enthusiasts.

Join us every month for a new topic of conversation guided by our friend and fellow beer guru, Jim Keaveney! Each “class” will be accompanied by 4 different 6oz sample size beers.

Sarasota’s Monthly Food Truck Rally

Come out and enjoy local beer, food, and music from people striving to add to Sarasota’s culture & the fast growing Food Truck community every month at JDub’s Brewing Company (1215 Mango Ave). The next rally is October 28th from 5-10pm, bring the whole family!

PARKING: Please park respectively and use space wisely. We will be posting a parking map and complete site map prior to event.
Parking is directed to 2 overflow lots at Lanning Tires (east right across Mango Ave) and Construction Supply (west on 12th Street, right behind the brewery). Please DO NOT parallel park in Construction Supply – we’ll be able to fit more cars parking slanted, thanks!

First Night – RIAF 2017

First Night kicks of RIAF 2017 with a celebration in the West Courtyard of the Museum of Art featuring a performance of WANTED by eVenti Verticali! Free beer, wine and hors d’oeuvres with DJ Imminent beginning at 6:30 pm (cash bar available), with the aerial spectacle WANTED at 8pm.
