Get your sweat pants ready for our 5th annual jumbo cupcake eating contest as we celebrate nine years in Gulf Gate! All ages are welcome to participate. The fastest person to defeat the jumbo in 10 minutes will win a prize!
Your flavor choices are: Mama’s Most Delicious, The Groom, Here Comes the Bride, Sarasota Sister, or Chocolate Chip. Any of these versions can also be made gluten-free.
Tickets must be purchased online, no tickets sold at the door.

On Saturday, August 12th, 2017 from 5pm-8pm we are opening our doors for the first time to live stream Create-A-Community Festival, a festival to celebrate local businesses and artists. This will include Strive for the Sky charity school supply drive to benefit G.D. Rogers Garden Bullock Elementary School in Manatee County. Live musicians, food trucks, cowork/costudy membership giveaway, and networking event where businesses can share their stories and information with everyone.

Now in its fourth year, this established Sarasota tradition will bring you onto the Sarasota Opera House main stage where your favorite downtown restaurants will be showcasing their tasty dishes paired with fine wines, assorted beers and specialty cocktails. Proceeds from this event benefit the Sarasota Youth Opera who will perform during the event. Come to mix & mingle, sample tasty bites, and have a drink with us to celebrate the end of summer in Sarasota!
