Speed Networking with YLA, YPG, MYP, and YPN

Join fellow young professionals from the area at Gold Coast Eagle Distributing for a very special Speed Networking event. This is a great way to practice your elevator speech while making a bunch of great contacts!

Complimentary appetizers and drinks will be provided.

How it works:
Each participant will be introduced to 20 members.
Each member will have 1 minute to talk about who they are and what they do. Every 3 minutes you will be asked to move to the next table and meet someone new.

If you meet anyone you would like to get to know better there will be an open networking opportunity
after the event.

Please plan to arrive by 5:30 p.m.

YPG Volunteer Event: Back to School

Help underprivileged children in our community start off the school year with the tools they need to succeed! We’re looking for 10 volunteers to help distribute school supplies, food, personal-care items and other resources to children and families in need.

This event will feature TWO separate shifts (9am-noon, noon-3pm) with five YPG volunteers each.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED by FRIDAY, JULY 28 at 5pm — contact YPG Volunteer Chair Branan Jacobs at branan.jacobs@gmail.com to reserve your spot. PLEASE include your desired shift!

Note: There will be an optional training session at Sarasota Baptist Church Saturday, July 29 from 9-10am. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.

ProDev: Finding Your Center

If you’re struggling to strike the right balance between your job and your personal life, this is the event for you. Roxanne Joffe, founder and president of MagnifyGood, will share techniques for balancing career goals with a fulfilling personal life during this interactive session.
