BOLD Lofts Sarasota Leasing Kick-Off Party and Lottery

Join us at BOLD Cowork Sarasota (3rd Floor) for an evening of drinks and hors d’oeuvre as we celebrate the leasing kick-off for BOLD Lofts Sarasota.

Due to high-demand for leasing, and only 97 units available, BOLD Lofts Sarasota will be holding a lottery to ensure fairness in opportunity. Because some units are more desirable than others (better view vs lower price vs pool deck level, etc) we have decided to use a lottery to keep the selection process as fair as possible. The lottery will be held during the first hour of the event for only tenants of the building, co-work office numbers, co-work campus members and VIP ticket holders. Once you have your place in line, the party will be opened for general admission so that the quick presentation can begin. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and then pre-leasing will be begin in the order dictated by the lottery. Terms of the pre-leasing are below, be sure to read the details.!

Wednesday – Public Open House

The Board of Directors of The Bay and design and planning firm Sasaki seek public input for opportunities to improve the environmental and economic sustainability of the 53 acres along US 41 between Boulevard of the Arts and 10th Street, ensuring it will be an enlivened, cultural destination with open, public access to the Bayfront.

Three open houses will take place next week that will include interactive stations introducing the Master Planning team and process, exploring the history of the Bayfront, providing a summary of existing site conditions, and imagining the future.

The community is invited to participate in any one of the three open houses to address what activities, destinations, and open spaces they would like to experience on the site.

The community is encouraged to attend at their convenience and stay for as little or as long as they prefer. There will be no formal presentation.

The feedback from the community will help Sasaki develop options for the site, which will be presented at the next major community open house scheduled for April.

State of the Community Lunch – Sarasota School Referendum

The luncheon will conclude with an open question and answer forum.

The State of the Community Lunch Series is held quarterly on the last Friday of the month–bringing you presenters from around the Greater Sarasota area to share insider information over lunch. Topics range from up-in-coming things heading to Sarasota, important changes to our area and issues our local businesses need to know.
